STND APRT also helps you retain existing customers by building a database that's unique to your business, enabling you to market to them directly with offers that are continually updated and which recognize their loyalty to your business. In addition, all campaigns are measurable, so you can track them and measure how well they are working.

You will not be giving away gross profit margin on all of the products that you sell, only on the specific offer that you make for STND APRT customers. We suggest that you select an offer that has good profit margins and you extend the promotional special on that item. Even if you make dozens of sales on that item, it will have a minor impact on your overall gross margin. If you assume that 10% of all your sales will be to STND APRT customers, and you are giving them 20% off on a promotional offer, the net impact on your overall margin will only be 2%. Importantly the profit from new customers that you get, will more than offset the 20% that you give away on your promotional offers and the 2% gross margin impact.

Building a database of opted-in customers is a key marketing objective that will help your business thrive. Once you have data about your customers you can communicate with them directly and make offers to them that they are likely to take up. Personalization is important and knowing who shops with you, when and how much they spend will lead to additional sales and higher conversion of your offers. Once you have built your database, STND APRT enables you to extend highly targeted offers to your customers which you can adjust in real time to ensure they are optimized.

All payments are processed through Stripe and we store our data in secure cloud platforms. All of our communications via our website and applications is via secure, tokenized API’s and we carry out regular penetration tests of our servers and infrastructure. Our architecture has been designed and built by experts who provide the same services to major banks.
